6.货物的清单都包括什么内容？
货物清单是在客户有很多件包裹要运的时候需要的清单。
清单内容要求要包括：

(6.2)货物的包裹数量
(6.3)货物的快递单号
(6.4)供货商的联络方式
货物会直接送到客户的手中，不需要到仓库去提货。
在送货人员出门前，会电话联络收件人并且确认地址。如果客户联络不到，货物会被暂时存放在仓库，等待下一个送货人员。
8.怎样知道货物已经送到广州仓库了呢？
请尽量安排用中国国内的快递公司送货，这样不仅价格便宜，而且他们会提供快递单号，这个单号可以在网上查询到送货的情况，如果货物已经送达仓库并且签收，那么客户可以直接在网上查询的到。
9.在运送的过程当中，货物会丢失吗？
我们的仓库都设有CCTV，工作人员不会打开客户的货物原包装。
但是如果在马来西亚海关工作人员打开货物验货的过程当中，会不会丢失，这个我们不能保证。
10.仓库可以帮忙验货吗？
由于货物众多，而且大多数是从网上购买的，我们没有提供验货的服务。
